Region of South-Holland
For the largest region of the Netherlands, South-Holland, Kodision builds and implements the central e-forms and e-counter facility. Furthermore, Kodision trains the users of these facilities. The E-forms facility is a part of the e-counter ‘mijnZH.nl’, whereby all the forms are available from a central library. All electronic forms can be offered, processed and managed online.
Kodision has extensive experience in the field of forms supply and the management and construction of intelligent forms. For the region of South-Holland Kodision has achieved the following:
- Implementation of TriplEforms®, for developing, managing and publishing intelligent forms;
- TriplEforms® connects with among other a Document Management application of the region and DigiD;
- The Kodision Source Control & Workflow component from the Webloket Suite supports the full proces of developing (OTAP) and publishing of the forms;
- Maximum re-use and pre-fill functions of data and form parts or complete forms;
- TriplEforms® offers a synoptic design of dynamic 'question-answer interaction' where every succeeding question is dependent of the previous answer;
- Filling out forms, both online and offline;
- Completed forms for the region of South-Holland are available in both XML and PDF for storage and further processing;
- Kodision trained the functional and technical managers. Due to this training the region of South-Holland can develop and manage forms independently.
