Kodision develops the interactive electronic forms for the digital counter of Amsterdam and supports the process of application management by officials. Further, there were a number of specific requirements that Kodision had to comply with. The city of Amsterdam wanted a fully scalable solution that is easy to manage, but also offers the flexibility to create specific 'look and feels' for the various urban areas.

- Advanced E-form facility with more than 150 products and services for citizens, entrepreneurs and employees of the city of Amsterdam;
- Online realization of applications, declarations, objections, complaints and reports. For instance building permits and the renewal of a driver license;
- Multi-channel midoffice solution for (human) workflow, tracking & tracing, electronically generate, review, pay, send electronic files and registrations;
- Authentication via DigiD;
- Electronic payment through the internet Ogone checkout.
