Kodision with stand on the Digital Display Conference
Thursday the 17th of September 2009, Digital Display organizes the conference "Customer, case or document: what to follow in the process". During this event, Kodision will be present with a stand to demonstrate our own case-oriented solution; KIM® Case management. At the conference, several speakers will provide answers to questions like: How to deal with the various channels of telephone, web, counter and post, Is there an architectural choice necessary to arrange the process and Is case related working enough to track and follow the client, case or document?
In the meantime, there are already over 90 entries for the conference, which will be held from 9.30 am to 16.30 pm in the conference centre “de Eenhoorn” in Amersfoort.
