Kodision signs agreement multichanneling with city of Antwerp and Ghent
Kodision has signed an agreement with the city of Antwerp and Ghent regarding the delivery of solutions and services for multichannel services. Based on this agreement Kodision will deliver its software and services to all the city departments, OCMW (social welfare), local police and all the subsidiaries of the city of Antwerp and Ghent. The agreement covers the registration and processing of information requests, complaints, reports and suggestions, as well as case management processes and a "my office" functionality for citizens. After the city of Ghent and the city of Antwerp had already opted for TriplEforms®, they will now also make use of KIM®, the casemanagement system from Kodision.
With the combination of TriplEforms ® and KIM®, Kodision offers a solution for the realization of comprehensive multi-channel services to citizens and businesses within the City of Antwerp and Ghent. With this solution it is easier for citizens and businesses to communicate with the city of Antwerp and Ghent. Also, the case handling process accelerates and becomes more transparent due to the “my office” functionality.
