Kodision migrates ICTU e-forms for UWV
In the past few months Kodision have been very busy with the migration of more than 50 existing ICTU e-forms for UWV. The ICTU e-forms have been migrated to TriplEforms®. TriplEforms® is a “state of the art” web application that makes it easy to design, develop and manage intelligent digital e-forms without programming knowledge being necessary.
UWV is intensively involved at each of the following migration phases; development, test, acceptance and production. Think of testing the forms in the test phase and re-testing changes in the acceptance phase. The intense involvement of UWV during the migration has had a very positive effect on the quality of the e-forms.
With the migration, forms were also linked with DigiD, a Postal code table and the midoffice system that UWV was already using. The postal code table automatically obtains the address data from a central database based on the postal code and house number of the applicant and uses this data for prefilling the e-form. Furthermore the location data of UWV offices are filled automatically so that the handling of an application is more efficient.
