Kodision develops subsidy request form for the city of Almere
As a part of the deregulation in the city of Almere, a first step towards a fully digital subsidy environment has been made. With the use of e-forms solution TriplEforms®, Kodision developed an e-form for the electronic subsidy environment of Almere. Social institutions can use this e-form for the electronic submission of grant applications. After a test period that will end late 2010, the e-form becomes available for public use in early 2011.
With the use of the digital form the city of Almere expects to improve its services. Not only is it for users easier to fill in the e-form, the completeness of the electronic submission of the grant application also increases which reduces the time needed to handle an application. Additionally, the paper consumption reduces which is a nice side effect in the context of sustainability for the city of Almere.
