Kodision builds online valuation reports for cities
In a short period of time Kodision has quickly realized two related projects for the city of Heerhugowaard and the city of Zaanstad. With the use of Kodision TriplEforms it is now possible for citizens of the city of Zaanstad and Heerhugowaard to request online valuation reports. Kodision realized this project in only six weeks.
On the website of the city of Zaanstad it is possible for a citizen to look into its personal valuation report after authentication with DigiD. Based on the BSN of a citizen a personal summary of the valuation report from this year is being presented. The report includes the current WOZ value, object data and market information including photos of referent objects. Eventually citizens may choose to receive the valuation report by e-mail so that they immediately have a personal overview.
The solution for the city of Heerhugowaard has many similarities with the solution for the city of Zaanstad. Again, through DigiD authentication and the BSN of a citizen a personal summary of the valuation report from this year and passed years is being presented. Additional, citizens find in this personal summary also documents for the municipal taxes. Furthermore, citizens can directly calculate the OZB and then determine if objection against the OZB value (with the use of the same form) is useful or not.
