Kodision Kim Case management rated as best!
Tuesday, October 13, 2009 the Wouter Keller Seminar 2.0 Midoffice took place in Nieuwegein. During the seminar the results of the "Case management systems laboratory study" by Wouter Keller were announced. The results of the investigation show that KIM® Case management from Kodision has achieved the best final score! Wouter Keller described the product as "a hell of a product”.
The survey questioned 140 suppliers with two RFI's (request for information). Based on the RFI’s a selection was made consisting of a "Top 16". These suppliers were invited to a demo-/interview session in which "easy installation without programming” and “usability” were one of the most important criteria. 24 hours before the session suppliers received the configuration of a particular case type (including ZTC+ parameters) which had to be demonstrated the next day. From the demonstrated systems a Top 10 of case management systems is selected.
The case management systems were assessed against the following criteria: case processing, ZTC management, case management postal intake and KCS, case management system usability and simplicity, webintake and CMS, DMS including RMA and NEN-2082, Broker/warehouse/geo and basic registrations, technical architecture, customer/process knowledge and cost/TCO. Kodision scores on all points at least sufficient and on no points weak/absent.
