Heerhugowaard online within 3 weeks with new GEMMA e-forms
Kodision has provided the city of Heerhugowaard within three weeks time with new GEMMA e-forms. With the use of TriplEforms® new EGEM forms were built and adapted to the look and feel of the city of Heerhugowaard. Additionally within this short period of time, Kodision achieved connections with DigiD (Digital authentication system) and Ogone. Also a PKIoverheid (the Dutch Government Public Key Infrastructure) certificate was purchased. As a result, the termination of the ICTU e-forms facility did not affect the city of Heerhugowaard and its citizens.
On the website of the city of Zaanstad it is possible for a citizen to look into its personal valuation report after authentication with DigiD. Based on the BSN of a citizen a personal summary of the valuation report from this year is being presented. The report includes the current WOZ value, object data and market information including photos of referent objects. Eventually citizens may choose to receive the valuation report by e-mail so that they immediately have a personal overview.
The solution for the city of Heerhugowaard has many similarities with the solution for the city of Zaanstad. Again, through DigiD authentication and the BSN of a citizen a personal summary of the valuation report from this year and passed years is being presented. Additional, citizens find in this personal summary also documents for the municipal taxes.
