DIVV from the city of Amsterdam purchases Kodision Kim 2008

Dienst Infrastructuur Verkeer en Vervoer (e.g. Service Infrastructure Traffic and Transport) from the city of Amsterdam has purchased the software of Kodision for the online registration, handling and monitoring of damage and interference. Within the city of Amsterdam dIVV is responsible for the management of public lighting (e.g. lamp posts) and related objects (e.g. clocks and illuminated advertising). To be informed of non-functioning objects dIVV is mainly dependent on citizen reports. Therefore dIVV started the search for an advanced system where citizens and employees simply can report, handle and monitor damage to public lighting and related objects.

After an extensive selection dIVV has opted for the case management system from Kodision, Kim 2008®. Kim 2008® will be connected to TriplEforms, the e-forms facility from Kodision. The city of Amsterdam have been using TriplEforms for several years now. Therefore the entire process from intake to handling damages will be accompanied by the software of Kodision. The project integrates seamlessly with the Meldingen Openbare Ruimte (Reports Public Area) project of the city of Amsterdam which was also performed by Kodision.
