City of Antwerp is going to work with case management software Kodision
In line with the multi-year program multichannel services (MKDV) for the city of Antwerp and Ghent, the city of Antwerp started their first major implementation project with case management system KIM®. In an earlier stage, a five year contract was closed between Kodision and the city of Antwerp and Ghent. Both cities have a good relationship with Kodision for some time now. This due to the fact that both cities are making use of TriplEforms®, the state of the art forms solution software for registration and intake processes. Eventually, both the registration and processing of applications that citizens submit through the website of the city will be handled in an unambiguous way.
Kodision will use both TriplEforms® and KIM®. The combination of KIM® and TriplEforms® is a complete multichannel solution for handling applications and reports submitted through all channels (website, email, mail, SMS, telephone, mobile app), in a proper and transparent way. Whether an application enters trough a digital form, telephone or mobile application, the unique solution of Kodision automatically creates a case which is sent to the appropriate department and employee. This results in an integrated customer view, integrated management information and an improved handling process. With the use of KIM® and TriplEforms®, the business unit District and Counter Operation, but more generic the City of Antwerp and Ghent, have a unique multichannel solution.
