CFV starts with case management
Early October, Centraal Fonds Volkshuisvesting (CFV) officially started working with case management system KIM®. CFV will use KIM® to streamline and monitor their service delivery processes. They do this based on documents that enter their organization, so that the document is the starting point of a case. Hereby a complete case file is created including related links, correspondence, etc. CFV thus makes optimal use of postintake. Therefore, the postintake module from Kodision (part of KIM®) has been expanded and tailored especially for CFV.
CFV independently organizes the processes within KIM®. CFV is able to do so after following the KIM® training. This ensures a high degree of flexibility and autonomy. CFV is the financial supervisor for the housing sector. CFV is an independent administrative organization established by the Ministerie van Volkshuisvesting, Ruimtelijke Ordening en Milieubeheer (VROM).
